Our Story
Before becoming a trusted name in Hyderabad, we began with standalone projects. This early foundation shaped our approach, leading to the formation of Svadha Group in 2015.
As Hyderabad’s real estate landscape expanded following the pandemic, we launched our first gated community, Svadha Suja Elysian, marking a new chapter in our journey.

From coding to building homes, Anil's journey reflects the desire to create meaningful things. After gaining experience in the US tech industry, he returned to India to pursue his vision. His dreams of fostering communities culminated in the founding of Svadha Group in 2015.

An engineering graduate at Osmania University with a Master's in Infrastructure Management, Yeshwanth brings deep expertise in construction. His 12 years in the business continue to shape Svadha into a renowned real estate developer in the region.
